My least favorite thing about leading Living Bread Ministries is asking for money. I struggled with this a great deal early on and still do. It is a pride issue for me. The word of God and some John Wesley sermons have helped me to understand it is not shameful to advocate, or “beg” for those who have no voice. So, I spend my life doing something that makes me very uncomfortable, asking for money to make an impact in the lives of people who will never be able to repay me.
Now you can join me is this endeavor. You too can humble yourself and become a “beggar for the poor.” We are launching a social fundraising platform that gives you all the tools you need to advocate for the poor and needy around the world. You may never be able to go and minister overseas and you probably won’t launch a non-profit but you can make a significant impact. Will you consider joining the movement?
There are three options. You can choose the one that resonates the most with you, set your own goal, and become a catalyst for changing lives around the world.
