Each year we partner with our church plants to provide Christmas gifts for the children in their communities through our Share Christmas outreach. This is a strategic ministry that shares the true meaning of Christmas and spreads love while meeting practical needs. Each year, with your help, Share Christmas distributes school supplies and hygiene kits to the children in our churches’ neighborhoods. (Children who are not yet school age receive an age-appropriate toy in lieu of school supplies.) This is a huge blessing that meets practical needs while supporting the greater ministry of Living Bread!
We are excited once again to offer you the opportunity to partner with Share Christmas in meeting these children’s needs through a Christmas gift they will appreciate and enjoy! In addition to meeting a longer-term need, the gifts are typically distributed at a service where the kids are fed a warm meal and presented with the Gospel at Christmas. This year, because of COVID-19 concerns and different restrictions we are required to work within, the distribution services may need to be adjusted this year, but the heart of the matter has not changed! We love these communities and the families within them, and we are thankful for this opportunity to share the love of Christ at Christmas time.
